67 Pall Mall is a private members’ club like no other. Founded by wine lovers, for wine lovers. This is a club which actively encourages members to share interest in the world’s finest wines with likeminded people; with a diverse wine list crafted to excite, challenge and captivate the club’s Members.
Throughout the club, wine is at the heart of everything. Across three floors, you will find a selection of spaces which offer a warm welcome, where Members can socialise, relax and host private events in style. Head Chef, Marcus Verberne, and his team have created a ‘modern European’ menu featuring an ever-changing range of seasonal, locally sourced produce to complement the extensive wine list of over 4000 wines.
We are looking for a Head of Marketing who can demonstrate:
Proven abilities and successes in marketing, advertising, PR, partnerships, event organisation, CRM, budget management, product launches and all things digital
Experience in the world of Private Members Clubs preferable
A strategic and commercially minded marketer with a self-starting and hands-on approach, able to compile and deliver the strategy and marketing plan, with the ability to combine a long term approach with short-term deliverables
Analytical processing: uses available data to support future focus
Confident with budget and P&L management
At ease with the set-up, implementation and optimisation of advertising campaigns, CRM tools, social media platforms and website CMS (WordPress)
Experience in website and app development with agencies preferable
Knowledgeable in social life and the cultural calendar for London and other global destinations
An articulate individual with excellent copy writing skills to communicate with sophisticated target audiences
Ability to identify new opportunities, such as new developments, brand exposure, private events, brand partnerships and hosted events
Digitally savvy to deploy appropriate communication to best raise awareness of the club, and the stories from wine producers, events and more on all digital channels and platforms, including PR and referrals
A leader who can drive, inspire and motivate the existing marketing team to deliver great performance results alongside great customer experience, and manage efficiently a PR agency
A marketer, who understands the membership life cycle from recruitment through to retention, and how to expand or diversify (audience, brand, venues, services) without losing the core clientele and dilute the brand values
Hospitality and/or Luxury experience desired but not essential
Strong in stakeholder relations and will be expected to meet with Board members and be comfortable in their company
