The Pacific Rim is home to many of the New World’s preeminent wine producing nations, so we were spoilt for choice when it came to deciding the line-up for this Pacific Ocean-themed evening at our Alpine hub, 67 Pall Mall Verbier.
After much hand wringing, our sommelier team settled on a trio of countries and cherry-picked some of the great and the good from each. Ranging from aromatic whites through to a gorgeous Kiwi expression of Bordeaux, these warming, personable, delicious pours are tailor-made for those seeking an evening of indulgent rest and recuperation following a strenuous day on the slopes…
