Spain is the most widely planted wine producing nation, with over 2.9 million acres under vine, it is the third largest wine producer behind France & Italy in terms of volume.

While it is warm, these temperatures last for a short time, and the vineyards nestled in the creases of the mountains or lining the northern Atlantic produce some of the best wine in the world. With wine makers adopting modern techniques in growing their unique vinous treasures, they try to maintain tradition, and this has sparked a tremendous revolution in the past couple of decades for Spanish wine production.

Join Lucy Meza Ortega in the Bier Haus for a oenological tour of Spain, whilst sampling diverse examples of it’s vinous treasures.
