Members can rest assured they are in good hands wtih Tal Sunderland-Cohen, who is an expert on Irsaeli wines, a consultant, lecturer and wine writer. He has written for prominent publications on the subject, penned the book ‘Wine Trails of Israel’, and is president of the Israeli chapter of food and wine society Chaine De Rotisseurs.
