Bolgheri 2022 Anteprima Walkaround Tasting with Federico Moccia and Nelson Pari – Wednesday 26th February

Following the success of last year’s Bolgheri Anteprima, Federico Moccia and Nelson Pari return to the St. James’s Room for the highly anticipated third edition.

The 2022 Bolgheri vintage is characterised by exceptional quality, with balanced, concentrated wines showing ripe tannins and aging potential, thanks to a dry, moderated summer, beneficial spring rains, and a healthy, late harvest under ideal conditions.

With the continued support of the Consorzio of Bolgheri DOC and after extensive travels to the region, Federico and Nelson are delighted to invite Members to explore the 2022 vintage in a special walkaround tasting. This year’s event promises an impressive showcase of Bolgheri’s diversity, featuring both celebrated names and hidden gems.

We are thrilled to welcome back such star turns as Ornellaia and Tenuta San Guido as well as dynamic new faces such as Fabio Motta, within a carefully curated selection of producers. All, we hope, will showcase the fine quality of the vintage, which Federico describes as ‘lighter, in an elegant style marked by freshness and crunchiness’.

This is an extraordinary opportunity to experience Bolgheri’s finest expressions in one setting, with Fede and Nelson on hand to provide insights and pointers before the wines come on the market.

Any cancellations within 5 days of the event are non-refundable unless 67 Pall Mall resells the ticket to another Member. This is only possible when the event is sold out and there is a waiting list.
