Blind Tasting with Head Sommelier Federico Moccia – Tuesday 18th February
We invite Members to join us for a fun but enlightening Blind Tasting Masterclass led by our Head Sommelier, Federico Moccia, as he shares his experience in developing your wine-tasting expertise.
Blind tasting is a fantastic way to challenge your palate – and preconceptions – while refining your tasting skills, free of undue influence from labels or reputations. Whether you’re looking to deepen your wine knowledge or simply enjoy an informal but informative evening, we encourage you to join us on Tuesday 18th February.
During the evening, Members will taste a selection of wines chosen by Federico, who will talk through their nuances and guide guests in identifying their defining characteristics. From pinpointing key components to connecting them with specific regions, grape varieties and vintages, you’ll leave with a greater appreciation for the art of wine tasting (and don’t worry, Members won’t be put under pressure to identify wines in front of the room – unless they want to be!)
This promises to be an enjoyable and insightful evening – we hope to see you there.
