We invite Members to join us for a light-hearted Masterclass led by Deputy head Sommelier Federico Moccia, as he guides us on how to maximise the wine tasting experience.
Challenging your palate by tasting wines blind is a great way to develop your tasting skills without any preconceptions. Whether you are looking to expand your knowledge or planning to simply enjoy an informal yet informative night, do join us on Friday 23rd September.
Members will be tasting three reds & three whites, and with Federico’s guidance, learn how to assess the quality of the wine and begin recognizing certain aspects that link the label to a particular region, grape, climat and vintage.
