Monday 9th March – A Taste of Australia & New Zealand

Australia’s beautifully ripe wines have always been a popular choice for Members. Plenty of sunshine and a lack of ‘winemaking rules’ have given this diverse country the opportunity to lead the way in producing competitively-priced crowd-pleasing wines. In the past decade or so, we have seen an explosion of wineries in the area, thus creating one of the most up-and-coming wine scenes in the world.

The ‘small but mighty’ New Zealand may be famed for the vibrant Sauvignon Blanc, however we will also look beyond this grape as our sommeliers bring different bottles into the mix, to include a few overlooked and underrated varieties.

We invite you to leave any preconceptions of these New World wine-producing countries at the door, and allow our sommeliers to take you through the vines of these outstanding wine-producing countries.

Wines to be confirmed.
