We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Reception Manager to join the founding location of the 67 Pall Mall Members’ Club, located in the heart of London’s St. James’s.
67 Pall Mall is a Private Members’ Club, founded by wine lovers, for wine lovers, and is home to the finest wine list in the world.
At 67 Pall Mall a Kitchen Porter is an important part of the back of house operations, supporting the kitchen and back of house team on day-to-day operation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To ensure the kitchen is kept clean and organised in accordance with standards set by the Executive Chef
- To listen to and take advice from senior chefs
- To ensure there are sufficient quantities of suitable chemicals and cleaning equipment ordered from the correct designated company without excess
- Following the correct procedures to meet the statutory food hygiene and food safety standards
- Making sure that all equipment / utensils in are correctly handled and maintained
- Ensuring that mistakes are avoided by regularly checking standards and requirements with the senior team
- To ensure that care is taken by yourself and your team when handling the expensive crockery and glassware belonging to the club

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To work to ensure the kitchen is kept clean and organised in accordance with standards set by the Executive Chef
